Please read this Agreement completely before using SalesWizardCRM at https://www.saleswizardcrm.com/. This Agreement documents the legally binding terms and conditions attached to the use of SalesWizardCRM which is owned and operated by Bespoke Company Solutions Ltd. By using or accessing SalesWizardCRM in any way, viewing or browsing SalesWizardCRM, or adding your own content to SalesWizardCRM, you are agreeing to be bound by this Agreement.
When you visit SalesWizardCRM or use our services, we collect personal data such as your name, email address, IP address and contact phone number. For example, we collect your data when you complete the Contact Us form on SalesWizardCRM or subscribe to our software services. Consent to use your personal data must always be given before we can collect any data.
We use personal data to fulfill our contractual obligations to our customers and respond to contact requests. For example, we might send a system alert about a new deal to your email address or call your phone if you request help or support. We will never share your personal data with anyone else.
We will retain your personal data for as long as you continue to be a customer of SalesWizardCRM. Former customers of SalesWizardCRM will have their records retained for 5 years. Following that period we will ensure that your personal data is deleted. Any individual who has completed the Contact Us form on SalesWizardCRM and has not gone on to become a customer of SalesWizardCRM will have their personal data deleted after 1 year.
We are committed to protecting your personal data using appropriate organisational and technical measures. SalesWizardCRM is hosted on the Microsoft Azure platform. Any data transmitted to the database is encrypted via an SSL certificate. The database is highly secure and anyone trying to gain unauthorised access cannot read the contents without unique decryption keys.
Microsoft Azure contains security controls to detect data breaches and has policies and procedures in place to notify us promptly. SalesWizardCRM has a communication plan in place in case of a data breach. Key individuals will be informed without delay. We will keep a log of data breach incidents should any occur. Breaches will be notified to the ICO within 72 hours if the breach is considered a risk for the rights and freedoms of individuals.
You have certain rights relating to your personal data and you can exercise these rights at any time by following the procedures detailed below.
Send an email with your access request to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will provide a report of all the personal data we hold about you within 30 working days.
Send an email with your right to be forgotten request to email@example.com. We are able to provide a report to prove that the personal data held about you has been permanently deleted.
Send an email with details of the personal data you wish to have rectified to firstname.lastname@example.org. We are able to provide a report to demonstrate that any incorrect data has been rectified.
Personal data within SalesWizardCRM is held in a database which is in a common digital format. Should you request transfer of your personal data to another electronic database, send an email to email@example.com and we will supply you with the appropriate export image or PDF files.
All processing of data will stop as soon as you email firstname.lastname@example.org. This includes the right to stop the processing of data for marketing purposes.
SalesWizardCRM and all of its original content are the sole property of Bespoke Company Solutions Ltd and are, as such, fully protected by the appropriate international copyright and other intellectual property rights laws.
Bespoke Company Solutions Ltd reserves the right to terminate your access to SalesWizardCRM, without any advance notice.
This Agreement and any disputes arising from the use of SalesWizardCRM will be settled in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
Bespoke Company Solutions Ltd reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We do so by posting and drawing attention to the updated Agreement on SalesWizardCRM. Your decision to continue to visit and make use of SalesWizardCRM after such changes have been made constitutes your formal acceptance of the new Agreement. Therefore, we ask that you check and review this Agreement for such changes on an occasional basis. Should you not agree to any provision of this Agreement or any changes we make to this Agreement, we ask and advise that you do not use or continue to access the SalesWizardCRM site immediately.
SalesWizardCRM only collects and stores personal information that you provide. SalesWizardCRM does not monitor how you use the service other than for statistical analysis on general site usage. SalesWizardCRM does not collect device-specific information (such as your hardware model, operating system version, unique device identifiers and mobile network information, including phone number). SalesWizardCRM does not directly collect location information.
SalesWizardCRM does not share your personal information with any third-party sites or applications. Your personal information is visible to SalesWizardCRM administrators and employees of companies you provided the information to.
When you are signed-in, your interactions can trigger emails to be sent to various interested parties. You may choose to configure SalesWizardCRM to send these emails on your behalf. To do this, SalesWizardCRM will ask you to authenticate your email address with a third party (e.g. if you have a Gmail account, you will be redirected to a Google site to confirm your identity).
You may also choose to configure SalesWizardCRM to monitor your email inbox. On an on-going basis, SalesWizardCRM will then automatically capture the contents of relevant emails into the system, with the option (set by you) to delete the original email.
